The service tech was quick to diagnose the issue. He ordered the part and was back as soon as it came in to repair my dryer - the day before Thanksgiving. It was working within the hour!

Very helpful tech who fixed the problem and made sure there were no leaks. Even noticed a frozen feed line to the ice maker which he also resolved. Everything works great now!

Initial service call was prompt, and the technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained exactly what was wrong and identified the parts that he needed to make the repair. When the parts arrived, he returned and repaired the refrigerator with no issues.
He callled ahead of time to let me know his arrival time which is really helpful. He also explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. Lastly, he helped me look for a water shut off valve in my basement and explained what I needed to tell a plumber.
The technician was very professional. He first came to check the fridge for the repairs, order the parts and explained what was wrong with the fridge. After part came it I was called to schedule the install. He was prompt and fixed the problem. He was courteous and explained what he had to do, which was excellent service.
